Description: SPX fields baseball teams in the spring for boys in grades 7-8. Teams are entered in CYO competition at the Cadet levels and SPX has had two different teams in past years. CYO regulations and eligibility standards apply as outlined on the CYO website at http://www.cyoarchindy.org.

History: St. Pius has a long tradition of fielding winning teams that stress playing fundamental baseball. With numerous Division and City Championships throughout the years, the Panthers were City Championships in 2001 and 2003.

Uniforms: SPX provides full game uniforms for our 8th Grade team and uniform tops only for the 7th unit. Players must provide their own practice pants, cleats, bats, and gloves.
