Facilities Committee
Scope Of Ministry

The Committee provides an oversight function and recommends policy guidelines for the use, maintenance, and expansion of all parish facilities.

In this role, the Committee reviews proposals for capital expansion prior to submission to the Parish Council, makes recommendations, and monitors the eventual work associated with a capital improvement project. Programs for periodic and routine maintenance of buildings and the grounds are monitored to assure thoroughness and timely execution.
